Cancellation Policy

1. Customer cancellations

Cancel an Amazon order from Your Orders as long as Amazon still allows cancellation (usually before dispatch). After dispatch, use the return flow instead of cancellation.

2. Seller or Amazon cancellations

An order may be cancelled if the item is out of stock, cannot be fulfilled, pricing is clearly erroneous, or Amazon flags a payment or address issue. You will be told through Amazon and any collected amount is refunded by Amazon.

3. This website

No cart or prepaid order is created on veloxiexim’s website, so there is nothing to cancel here. Enquiries sent through the contact form can be withdrawn by emailing us.
